Georgia International Maritime Forum

On 10-14 September, the "Georgia International Maritime Forum" will be held in Batumi, under the auspices of the Prime Minister of Georgia.  The Forum's principal objective is the promotion of the common values of international shipping addressing issues relative to this global activity and it aims to bring together high level representatives of the maritime sector from different countries and regions.

Financing Cooperation for Blue Growth - EMD2018 Burgas 01/06/18

Hosted by DG MARE and with the support of multiple experts from ERRIN, Neptune Blue Growth and INTERACT, the Facility for Blue Growth in the Black Sea facilitated a workshop on the topic of "Financing Strategic Cooperation for Blue Growth" at European Maritime Day 2018 in Burgas, Bulgaria. The workshop addressed the increasing need for “blending” of financial resources results in complex mechanisms that require cooperation.

‘Grants for networking’, 2nd call: Information Day in Tbilisi, Georgia

The Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation of Georgia is organising an Information Day on the second call for ‘Grants for Networking’. The call for ‘Grants for Networking’ is part of the EaP PLUS Project and aims at financially supporting the participation of local researchers from Eastern Partnership countries in Brokerage Events and Preparatory Meetings related to Horizon 2020.
